Delivery Information

Normal Delivery Time-frame

Here at sochicabaya.com we give each order individual attention, and every Abayas is handmade with our clients, in mind. Preparation of your Abayas takes time, so please allow 8 business days for your Abayas to be made. Actual shipping time varies 3-5 business days, so you should allow 15-30 days to receive your Abayas. During high season – especially around Eid times – allow more time for your Abayas to delivered.

Express Delivery Time-frame

At sochicabaya.com we understand that there are times when you have an urgent need for a new Abayas – for that unexpected special occasion. If you require your Abayas before normal delivery period, you may request an express order for an additional rush fee. With express processing, we will prioritize your order and make your Abayas within 4 business days and then ship it to you via DHL Couriers Company. 

The option for normal or express processing of your Abayas is given right before adding the Abayas to your cart.

Shipping Essentials

Sochicabaya purchases may be shipped world-wide except where Oman law prohibits. We ship all Abayas from Saturday to Thursday 08:00 – 16.00 (GMT). All orders are delivered in our signature packaging.

Tracking

An email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure to provide a mobile number and e-mail address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery.

For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you are not present when delivery is attempted, our courier will leave a note with instructions on how to either arrange for re-delivery or where to pick up your package.
